We have indoor/outdoor runs for your dog's comfort. During pleasant weather the doors are kept open and dogs may go in and out at will. In winter, the doors must be kept closed so that we can heat the indoor enclosures, and dogs are let out briefly several times a day. For safety, dogs are kept indoors at night.
We are open by appointment only. Appointments are usually available between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM. Please respect our schedule. We are very flexible about appointment times, but we do need to know when to expect you. If you find that you are unable to keep your appointment, please call and let us know, so that we can set another time. ANY CHANGES MUST BE MADE 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE TO AVOID ADDED SERVICE CHARGES.
If you bring your dog's favorite blanket, please make sure it is machine washable and dryable. Foam beds and beds with stuffing are not washable in our machine, so please leave them at home. Safe toys are welcome.
We feed a premium dry dog food to our dogs and to boarders. If your dog is used to eating ordinary dry dog food, he will do well on our food. If he needs a special diet, please bring a supply of his own food, and we will be happy to see that he gets it!
We will need to see a copy of your dog's vaccination records from your veterinarian including current distemper, rabies, and bordatella vaccinations. You may bring this at check-in time, or fax it to our fax number at (603) 837-2458. Please check to be sure the bordatella vaccine has been given. Many veterinarians do not vaccinate for bordatella unless you specifically request it.
Please do not bring fleas to our kennel! Most of our boarders arrive without them, and would prefer not to take any home. Boarders arriving with fleas will be given a flea bath at the owners expense.
